Thank you for your order. We aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for every customer.

Order Processing
All books are printed to order. Please allow 2–3 working days for printing and processing before dispatch. During busy periods, this timeframe may be slightly extended, but we will always do our best to keep delays minimal.

Shipping & Delivery (UK Orders)

  • We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders.

  • Orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery.

Delivery Times
After dispatch, delivery times will depend on Royal Mail’s standard service, typically arriving within a few working days.

Order Issues & Errors
If there is an error with your order due to a mistake on our part (such as printing defects or incorrect items), we will make it right. You can choose between:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund

Please contact us as soon as possible with details and, if applicable, photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
