As all of our books are personalised and made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for customer errors. This includes (but is not limited to):

Spelling or grammatical mistakes provided at the time of order

Change of mind after the order has been placed
Please double-check all personalisation details carefully before completing your purchase.
Refunds & Replacements (Our Errors Only)
We take great care in producing your order, but if a mistake occurs on our part, we will resolve it promptly. This includes:

Errors in personalisation caused by us
In such cases, you are entitled to either:

A full refund
